| The Sheguiandah First Nation has great potential for economic development in terms of location, human and natural resources. This is demonstrated by the fact that it is located on the main highway of Manitoulin Island. Although the population is relatively small in number, the population is young. Most of the First Nation land base is underdeveloped. |
