Ontario is searching for a site selector to support this exciting new initiative.

Ontario’s Job Site Challenge

The Ontario government is launching a province wide Job Site Challenge. The initiative is a partnership between the provincial government, and Ontario’s municipalities, economic development agencies and industrial owners to identify, certify and market investment ready MEGA sites.

These large parcels of land – between 500 and 1,500 acres – will be zoned for heavy industrial use and serviceable by utilities, transportation networks and other support infrastructure, making them completely shovel ready.

The Challenge is part of Ontario’s Driving Prosperity initiative, which aims to bring the province and industry together to ensure a thriving automotive and advanced manufacturing ecosystem for years to come.

The Province of Ontario is seeking the services of a site selector to assess, validate and market mega sites that emerge from the Job Site Challenge – Canada’s first mega site program! For more details, learn more. Please search for tender #12689 or Job Site Challenge under “Current Opportunities.” Apply before April 16, 2020.
